Our commitment
We want every order to arrive in great shape. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to fix it.
Food & grocery items
For health and safety reasons, food, tea, and consumable products are non-returnable once shipped. However, if your item arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please email us at maurimartusa@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged/incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will issue a refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.
Non-consumable items (Teapots, Tea Glasses)
Unused, undamaged teapots and tea glasses may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs).
How to start a return or refund
- Email maurimartusa@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- Wait for return authorization before sending the item back — items returned without authorization may not be processed.
- For approved refunds, allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can follow the return process above.
